Where do we ship?
We ship to all US states and the District of Columbia. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska and to street addresses in other states and Washington D.C. are by FedEx exclusively. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are by FedEx 2Day service only. Our default FedEx service to the contiguous US states and Washington D.C. is FedEx Ground to business addresses and FedEx Home Delivery to residential addresses. Shipments may be made to US P.O. boxes, except for Hawaii and Alaska, and to all APO/FPO military addresses regardless of location. Shipments made to US P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be made via the United States Postal Service only. All shipments are made using a service that provides a tracking number.
What do we charge for shipping?
- $12.00 flat rate for FedEx Ground (to business addresses) and FedEx Home Delivery (to residential addresses)
- $20.00 flat rate for FedEx 2Day (to both business and residential addresses)
- $20.00 flat rate for USPS Priority Mail 2-Day to US P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
Holding FedEx packages at FedEx Office locations and at Walgreens
FedEx offers a service whereby you can have your package held at a FedEx Office or Walgreens close to you. We encourage our customers to utilize this Delivery Manager service. Once you receive confirmation of your shipment from us, we suggest you visit one of the following pages to direct that your package be held. You will need your tracking number from your confirmation to request this service.

When can you expect your package?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays; no orders are processed Christmas Day through New Year’s Day. Orders can take 1-2 business days to process. For ground shipments, please allow 4-7 business days after your order has been processed. For 2-day shipments, please allow 2 business days after your order has processed. NOTE: at this time, neither FedEx nor USPS are guaranteeing transit times.
While we hope that you never need to cancel an order, we understand that sometimes its necessary. If you do need to cancel your order, you need to do so by 2:00 PM, Arizona time, on the day following your purchase. If you do not meet this deadline, the product will be shipped out and be on its way to you! Of course, if an order is cancelled in a timely way, any funds already received by us will be fully refunded to you, by the same method with which you paid. Remember that while we will issue a refund transaction promptly, it may take a few days for your own financial institution to process the transaction and put the funds back in your account.
